We just received our latest shipment of chicks. This is our biggest shipment to date. These will be ready in about 14 weeks. There are over 100 heritage breed chicks in those boxes. Yikes are we crazy?
Here we have the group of New Hampshire’s free ranging in the orchard. We are excited to try these out. This slower growing bird has more flavor and a firmer texture. We will be processing these on June 3rd. 
Also we will have another batch of Cornish Cross available on the 3rd as well. These are for the people who enjoy a more traditional chicken but they are raised on pasture versus in a factory type environment.
