Description

Our broilers are sold on a first come first serve basis.  We allow you to pay a $10.00 non-refundable deposit per bird with the balance due on the day you pick-up your chickens.  Some of our customers would rather purchase their chicken already cut in to pieces for grilling or frying. Our cut broilers are $4.00/pound, weighed after processing and packaging.

Cornish Cross

A Cornish Cross is a breed of chicken that has been developed over the years to provide a finished bird with large breasts and are typical of the type of chicken you will find in your local grocery store.  We have decided to offer this variety of chicken because it is similar in size and texture to what most people have purchased from the store in the past.
